Dyeing process of indigo liquid:
1. Liquid dye reduction→padding dye solution(leuco body be adsorption by cotton fabric and cotton yarn) → oxidation(padding dye solution—oxidation should repeat 4-7 times) →washing→soaping→dry.
2. Dye strength of single vatting not over 80g/L(indigo liquid).
3. The restore tempearature of indigo blue liquid at 60℃+/-5℃, the reduction time is Half an hour.
4. Vat solution preparation: Indigo liquid 70g/L, caustic soda(solid) 2.8g/l, sodium hydrosulfite 3.5g/l
Ratio:
Indigo liquid: solid caustic soda: sodium hydrosulfite
1 : 0.4 : 0.5
Due to the heat release during the dissolution of the solid caustic soda, so during prepare the vat solution, do not need to be heated.
5. Dyeing temperature: best during 20-35℃
6. Dyeing depth: according to the order sample to be adjusted
7. Indigo blue liquid is fit for dyeing cotton yarn and cotton fabric both, dyeing yarn use continuous dyeing process, after the yarn be dyed, then knit denim fabric. Washing last.
8. In order to increase the brighter of the denim fabric, in domestic marker, a lot of factory add small quantities of bromine indigo liquid into the indigo liquid, and be reduced and dyeing together.
